  • Check the inside of the larger pieces in your box for other materials packed inside.
  • Assemble on a soft, non-abrasive surface to avoid scratching.
  • We recommend an area approximately 5’ x 8’ for unobstructed assembling.
  • Do not overtighten screws; some force may be required to drive screws.

Step 1

ZP19001 Step 1 - Assemble on soft surface to prevent scratching.

  • Post stakes should protrude from hole-free side of bottom rail.

Step 3.2 - Flip panel 180 degrees

  • Pickets lock into place. To remove, gently insert a butter knife into the bottom rail and slowly pull up the picket.

Step 5

Important Note:

Do not install post caps (part A) until fence is fully installed, as this impedes next installation steps.

  • Attempt pushing the unit into the ground; continue reading for tips on hard ground.

Step 7

Tap posts using scrap wood for protection. Use level

  • Tap posts using wood block for protection.

  • Check straightness with level.

IF GROUND IS TOO HARD

  • Loosen ground and soak with water.

  • Alternatively, use a 1.5" tulip auger drill attachment.

Step 9 Choose Desired Angle Before Joining Panels Together
