Introduction

General Information

Important Safety Notes:

  • Check the inside of the larger pieces in your box for other materials packed inside.
  • When assembling components, place on a non-abrasive surface (i.e. shipping box) to avoid scratching.
  • We recommend an area approximately 5’ x 8’ for unobstructed assembling.
  • You should not need to use excessive force when assembling components.

Step 1: Assembly Steps

Step 1 Lay out rail

Step 2

Step 2 Push post up to wall to hold slats in place

  • Push Bottom Rail (A) up against a wall for support
  • Insert (7) Slats (E) into Bottom Rail (A)

Step 3

Step 3 put top rail on

  • Insert Top Rail (B) over Slats (E).

Step 4

Step 4 Attach D (End Posts) to each side

  • Attach (2) End Posts (D) to each side.

Step 5

Step 5 attach Stake Brackets using 1" screws

  • Attach (4) Stake Brackets (F) using (8) 4" Self-Tapping Stainless Steel Screws (I).

Step 6

Step 6 Secure brackets using J (4" screws x8)

  • Secure brackets using (8) ⅝" Self-Tapping Stainless Steel Screws (J).

Step 7

Step 7 Repeat steps 1–6 to create the second panel.

Step 8

Step 8 Ensure drilled side of stake faces down

  • Insert (1) Ground Stake (C) into brackets on side of panel.
  • Ensure drilled side of stake and drainage holes faces down

Step 9

Step 9 Hammer stake into ground with scrap wood

  • Hammer stake into ground using scrap wood block to protect stake.
  • Leave ~1.5" between top of stake and top of panel.

Step 10

Step 10 Pass stake through rings on 2 panels to extend run

  • Pass stake through brackets on both panels to extend the fence run

Step 11

Step 11 Install stake peg (recommended)

  • Lift the panels and install (3) Stake Pegs (H) into stakes.

Step 11b (Optional – Sloped Surface)

Step 11b Optional- step panels by installing lower panel

  • Step panels by installing the lower panel beneath the stake peg.

Step 12

Step 12- install stake caps
