Step 2: Assemble Fence Frame

Step 2.1

Step 2.1: Assemble Fence Frame

  • Identify the Top Rail (C) and Bottom Rail (D).
  • Note: Top rail can be identified by picket holes on both sides.
  • Insert (2) Rail End Caps (G) into each rail.

Step 2.2 Screw in bottom rails to post

  • Position (2) Posts (F) as shown.
  • Slide the top rail over the posts and align pre-drilled holes.
  • Drive (4) ¾" Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screws (I) into the pre-drilled holes.

Step 2.3 Slide bottom rail over posts and align holes

  • Slide the bottom rail over the posts and align pre-drilled holes.
  • Slide the Post Anchors (B) 4" into the bottom of the posts (8" exposed).
  • Use the ⅛" Drill Bit (J) to drill (4) total holes through the bottom rail and post anchor.
  • Fasten with (4) ¾" Self-Drilling Screws (I).

  • Slide bottom rail fully into place and secure as illustrated.

Step 3: Insert the Pickets

Step 3 Insert the pickets (8) into the picket holes

  • Rotate fence frame so post tabs face upward.
  • Insert (8) Pickets (E) into the picket holes in the top and bottom rails.

Step 4: Assemble Additional Panels

Step 6 Assemble additional panels

  • Repeat Steps 1–3 to assemble the remaining two fence panels.

Step 5: Install Fence Into Ground

Step 5.1

Step 5.1. Identify final location

  • Move fence panel to desired location and mark post positions.
  • Loosen the top 6" of soil with a claw hammer.
  • Add water to soften ground.
  • Push fence panel into the ground until post anchors are fully buried.
  • Using a block of wood to protect the post, gently hammer posts into ground.

Step 5.2

Optional in hard ground

Optional for hard ground:

  • Use a 1¾" auger bit.
  • Drill 12"–16" deep holes and fill with water.
  • Push posts into holes.

Step 5.3

Step 5.3 For really hard ground dig 8in x 8in deep holes

  • If ground is too hard, dig two 8" diameter x 8" deep holes

Step 5.4

Step 5.4 Level fence panel, backfill dirt, and tamp

  • Level the fence panel, backfill excavated dirt, and tamp firmly.

Step 6: Install Post Caps and Connect Panels

Step 6.1 Right angle join using joiner clips

  • Push Post Caps (A) onto posts to lock in place.
  • Straight-line layout: Use (2) Joiner Clips (H) and (4) screws (I).
  • Corner layout (90°): Use (2) Joiner Clips (H) and (4) screws (I).
